A book I’ve been reading recently is ‘Do It Scared’ by Ruth Soukup. Ruth has a saying she says which is ‘action is the antidote of fear.’ If ever you have put your hand up to speak in front of a large crowd or at a meeting, you may have experienced fear. Maybe you have experienced fear when you posted a blog post or when you went to the gym for the first time, or in a meeting. Fear is felt in many scenarios. You know its fear because you get that feeling. Your body speaking to you. Is it fear?
Fear comes about in many forms and what I love about the book ‘Do It Scared’ is that Ruth Soukup shows you how to identify your type of fear and how to overcome it. In fact, there is a quiz that identifies why fear archetype you are. Access the quiz and see what fear archetype you are.

I like to track habits as I learn and change my ways. For when you track you can see your progress. See the days you have accomplished and how far you have come. The next few quotes on productivity point out that to succeed action is required. Naturally, to get anything done action is required. Yet all too often no action is taken. I know what that is like. Sitting and dreaming of what life is going to like instead of planing it and taking action towards it.
Sometimes the actions are the wrong one, especially I’ve realised when learning to blog. But, that is ok. As some action is better than no action and we all learn by doing. There is no failure only learning.
